Morgan is an Associate in the Employment department.
She advises both employers and employees across all stages of the employment relationship, from recruitment and day-to-day HR matters, to discrimination, redundancy and exit planning. She advises on the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts and settlement agreements, as well as on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
