Zoe is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Department.
Zoe advises on a range of IP issues including patents, trade marks, passing off, copyright, designs and confidential information. Zoe has experience of both contentious and non-contentious IP matters across a variety of different sectors including fashion, retail, luxury goods, technology and pharmaceuticals. She also has experience advising clients on brand enforcement and Customs and Trading Standards detentions.
Zoe has represented clients in disputes before the High Court and Court of Appeal, and has experience in trade mark registry proceedings.
During Zoe's training contract, she also gained experience and assisted clients in respect of banking and finance disputes, corporate matters, and reputation management.

- Working on a multijurisdictional high-tech patent dispute before the UK Patents Court and Unified Patent Court.
- Working on a high-profile trade mark and passing off claim in the High Court.
- Acting on an appeal from the High Court to the Court of Appeal in a trade mark and passing off claim.
- Advising on damages under a cross-undertaking in the pharmaceutical sector.
- International trade mark portfolio management for various clients.
