Seema is an Associate in the Construction Group of the Real Estate department specialising in non-contentious construction law.
Seema has experience working on developments in a variety of sections, including student accommodation, hotels, offices and retail parks. She drafts and negotiates construction agreements for a wide range of clients across the construction and real estate field, which principally includes developers, funders, landlords, purchasers and high net worth individuals. Seema also provides construction support to our real estate finance, commercial real estate and corporate teams.
Seema also assists in the team's practice transformation initiatives, increasing the adoption of new technologies to improve service delivery.

- Brookfield on construction aspects of the development of 1 Leadenhall, a 36-storey tower in the City of London.
- Acting on the construction aspects of the development of 334-338 Oxford Street to create retail and office space.
- Acting on the construction aspects of the office developments of 1 Southwark Bridge Road and 42 Southwark Bridge Road.
- Acting on construction aspects for various acquisitions, disposals and asset management for AEW UK's funds including the CORE, SEOF, REIT and the Real Return Funds.
- Acting on construction aspects for acquisitions, disposals, financings and developments of Brookfield's 'Student Roost'.
