He has experience advising a variety of clients including banks, funds, developers, and investors in a range of domestic and cross-border real estate and corporate finance transactions. He has particular experience in syndicated and bilateral development and investment real estate finance transactions acting for clients in the property development and health care sectors.
Key Experience
- Advising clearing bank on provision of a term loan facility to a Luxembourg-based borrower to refinance existing facilities on a prime-office block in the City of London.
- Advising sponsor in a £60m senior notes issue for the purpose of financing a series of acquisitions, followed by a debt for equity swap with the original lender.
- Advising lender on provision of an acquisition and development term loan facility for the purpose of developing a multi-purpose site.
- Advising lender on provision of a term loan facility to an Isle of Man based borrower for the purpose of acquiring a manufacturing site in Scotland.
