Christopher is the Managing Partner of Mishcon de Reya's UAE practice. He is a corporate Partner and has been practising in the Middle East for over 14 years.
With over 20 years' experience in M&A, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, corporate structuring and reorganisation, corporate governance, and private equity, he has built a strong reputation for both regional and international transactional work.
Chris' clients include business owners, family offices, UHNWIs and equity investors, as well as private, institutional, government and quasi-government entities in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the U.S..
His practice spans a wide range of sectors including aviation, infrastructure, logistics, technology, data centres, hospitality & leisure, real estate, healthcare and education.
