Alexandra is a Managing Associate in the Dispute Resolution department. She specialises in insolvency litigation and regularly acts on behalf of insolvency practitioners, companies, directors and creditors.
Alexandra has experience in dealing with a variety of personal and corporate insolvency matters. She has particular experience in acting for insolvency practitioners in claims brought under the Insolvency Act 1986, including claims in respect of transactions at an undervalue, transactions defrauding creditors, voidable preferences and misfeasance. She also advises clients in relation to winding-up and bankruptcy petitions.
Alexandra also has experience of acting in relation to commercial disputes and debt recovery claims.
