Katherine is an Associate in the Private department, specialising in all aspects of personal tax, trusts, wills and estate planning. She is a trusted advisor to colleagues and clients alike, all of whom value her detailed technical knowledge and her experience in dealing with the most unusual cases. Katherine has forged a particular specialism advising on UK tax for foreign domiciliaries in relation to their offshore structures.
Katherine was involved in Mishcon de Reya's successful lobbying of the Government regarding the new statutory residence test and was also closely involved in the HMRC consultation on IHT disclosure.
Katherine is frequently quoted in the professional press commenting on tax developments, and was recently named one of Private Client Practitioner’s Top 35 Under 35 2012. She speaks French, Spanish and Russian.
