As Head of Impact Kat leads the firm's responsible business portfolio, ensuring that our business has a positive impact for our people, our communities and the environment.
Kat's team leads the firm's pro bono practice as well as our community engagement and sustainability programmes.
Kat qualified as a solicitor advocate at Herbert Smith Freehills and holds a Masters in International Human Rights. She has extensive experience of the non-profit sector and social justice work. Before joining Mishcon, Kat was Head of Advice at Citizens Advice head office and has previously worked for the UN in the Chambers of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the Extraordinary Chambers of the Court of Cambodia.
