Becca is an Associate in the Family team of the Mishcon Private department. She advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships; financial remedy proceedings; private law arrangements for children; pre and post-nuptial agreements; and modern family matters, including surrogacy and assisted reproduction.
Becca is a member of Resolution – an organisation which believes in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters and campaigns for improvements to the family justice system. Becca is also part of the department's Surrogacy and Modern Families specialist group and the firm's wider Education group.
Becca trained at the Firm before qualifying into the Family team.
