  • Acting for the management team of Agencyport Software Europe Limited on the disposal by Thomas H. Lee to Xchanging plc.
  • Acting for Chamonix Private Equity and management as both sellers and as reinvesting management on the secondary buy out of Mettis Aerospace backed by Stirling Square Capital Partners.
  • Advised the founder-managers of Ambassador Theatre Group, backed by Providence Equity Partners and Exponent Private Equity on the restructuring of the management function and the associated launch of Trafalgar Entertainment Group. 
  • Advising on the secondary buy-out of Search Consultancy by H2 Equity Partners.
