Mishcon de Reya's Private Equity team has acted for Trimountain Partners in the closing of its continuation vehicle for ABCA Systems. Trimountain led the transaction in collaboration with investor partners including Ace & Company, Ardlussa Capital, Apera and Vorsprung.
The Private Equity team at Mishcon have advised Trimountain on several investments over the last few years, as it continues to focus on fast-growing companies in the broader business services, consumer and education sectors.
ABCA, headquartered in Newcastle, is one of the UK's preeminent fire, security and electrical services firms, serving a blue-chip client base that extends across numerous end-markets, including social housing, government, education, hospitality, healthcare and commercial. At the same time as the transaction, Mishcon led the acquisition by ABCA of RAAM Construction, a leading based provider of fire, security and electrical compliance services as well as advising ABCA on a new scalable debt financing facility from Apera.
