Mishcon de Reya's Private Equity team has advised Exam Papers Plus (EPP) Founder Faisal Nasim on a minority investment by Tresmares.
Established just under 10 years ago, EPP is an online platform providing engaging and effective exam practice papers designed to empower parents and educators to help prepare children for competitive entrance exams.
The team at Mishcon de Reya was led by Nadim Meer and comprised lawyers from the firm's Private Equity and Tax teams. The team included James Paterson, Jack Crawford, Angelika Velickovska, John Skoulding and Eve Drysdale.
