Mishcon de Reya's Corporate team has acted for E2S Group on its sale to Halma plc, a global group of life-saving technology companies.
E2S Group is a world leading, independent UK based designer and manufacturer of high-performance notification and detection devices used in hazardous industrial environments. Committed to innovation, E2S Group's globally certified technology helps alert personnel to potential dangers such as gas leaks, fires or equipment failures.
The Mishcon de Reya team was led by Partner, Nadim Meer with support from Managing Associate Karine Bashardust, Associates Beth Hitchcock and Tom Hurley and Trainees Api Jeya and Imane Karoum and Laura Simmons. The team also included Margarita Elia, Consultant in the Employment department, with Partner John Skoulding and Associate Eve Drysdale advising on Tax.
