• Advised Rekosistem, an Indonesian climate-tech startup pioneering sustainable waste management and recycling solutions, on its successful Series A3 fundraise of approximately US$7 million.
• Advised Hata.io, Malaysia's only dual‑licensed digital asset exchange, on its US$8 million Series A funding round led by Bybit alongside several global family offices.
• Advised Hata.io on its US$4.2 million seed fundraise led by US-based institutional investors.
• Advised PT Bumi Resources Tbk., on its acquisition of a 64.98% stake in Jubilee Metals Limited, an Australian gold mining and processing company.
• Advised PT Bumi Resources Tbk., on its acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of Wolfram Limited by way of an off-market takeover bid, an Australian gold mining and processing company.
• Advised a Hong Kong headquartered logistics group on the acquisition of a significant majority stake in a logistics service provider in the Netherlands.
• Advised a Hong Kong headquartered logistics group on its joint venture arrangements with its Japanese partner.
• Advised GetGo Technologies, the largest carsharing service in Singapore, on its 100% acquisition of Popcar, an Australian-based carsharing service.
• Advised a consortium of investors on their minority investment in a UK-based cricket team.
• Advised Co-Founder David Reiner on the sale of a majority stake in MSM Group, one of the leading conglomerates in Mongolia, to Jebsen & Jessen Group.
• Advised CVC Capital Partners on its investment in SOHO Group, a leading pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing and distribution group in Indonesia.
• Advised a private equity investor on its proposed divestment of a significant minority stake in an Indonesian operator of specialist eye care hospitals and clinics.
• Advised CVC Capital Partners on a significant pre-IPO investment in GarudaFood, an Indonesian consumer goods company.

• Advised Utico FZC, the UAE's leading private water and power utility provider with respect to the approximately S$3 billion restructuring of the Hyflux group, a Singapore-listed water and power conglomerate.
