- Advising Shaftesbury Capital on its c.£75m acquisition of the Lothbury Covent Garden Unit Trust;(ii) Advising the founders of a UK-based peptide manufacturer on the sale of their business to a KKR-backed fund, involving a complicated earn-out.
- Advising the founder of luxury real estate agent, Rokstone Limited, on her merger with UK Sotheby's International Realty.
- Advising the founders of global digital creative studio, FutureDeluxe, on an MBO facilitated by Queen's Park Equity.
- Advising AEW on its c.£22m acquisition of a Fitzrovia office block from LBS Properties and Baumont Real Estate Capital.
- Advising Charlie Mullins on the sale of Pimlico Plumbers to a US-based provider of home services owned by KKR.
- Advising Advanced Computer Software Group Limited on its acquisition of Smart Apprentices Limited.
- Advising on the sale of Nolan Partners Limited to Excel Sports Management.
- Advising Colliers on its acquisition of a majority interest in Paragon, a leading building consultancy and project management firm.
- Advising Turkish private equity group Esas Holding on the £115m sale of 15 Fetter Lane, EC4.
