Mishcon de Reya's Private Equity team has acted for the management of Totalmobile on its acquisition by funds managed by Five Arrows, Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Peugeot Invest alongside the Management team's reinvestment.
Totalmobile is a market leading provider of field service management software supplying services from the UK, Ireland, Australia and the Nordics. As a result of this transaction, Totalmobile is being merged with the Solvares Group which will considerably expand the new combined group's outreach and capability.
The Mishcon de Reya team was led by Partners Kevin McCarthy and James Paterson with support from Managing Associates, Emma Webb, Troy Featherstone, Karine Bashardust, Associates Lily Munro and Thomas Istefanous and Trainees Api Jeya and Ruya Pancar. Tax advice was provided by Partner John Skoulding and Associate Eve Drysdale.
This complex transaction involved multi-jurisdictional aspects and the Mishcon de Reya team was supported by the Arqis team (led by Dr. Mirjam Boche with support from Dr. Maximilian Backhaus and Jens Knipping) in Germany and the Arendt team in Luxembourg (led by Carsten Opitz with support from Kenza Mahfouf).
