M:Tech Companies Find out more The M:Tech Programme: For selected companies, we offer legal advice, mentoring and guidance for up to six months. You will be assigned a dedicated mentor who will be your first port of call for any day-to-day legal or commercial issues – they will also direct you to other specialist lawyers within the business if you need them. For day-to-day queries and general advice there is no charge. This might include reviewing key legal documents for your business (e.g. employment agreements, IP assignments, commercial contracts, IT services/SaaS agreements, licences, terms of business), acting as a sounding board or just talking through some of the issues and challenges facing your business from time to time. For any additional legal work you might require during the programme which is outside of the day-to-day (e.g. fundraising, share option schemes/employee incentives), we offer discounted rates. We also provide free data and cyber security health checks for your business, the opportunity to link up with our MDRxTech team and are happy to make connections to Mishcon contacts.
