The Mishcon Private Equity Team has advised Innovation Broking on the sale of its entire issued share capital to insurance broker Aston Lark.
Established in 2015 by Paul Dickson and Howard Pearson, Innovation Broking is an independent corporate insurance broker and employee benefits adviser with around 30 staff members.
Innovation Broking specialises in larger risks, global programs, and private equity-backed businesses and has particular expertise in the technology, health, film and TV, and charities and care sectors.
