Destiny is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department, specialising in commercial and corporate disputes.

He has experience acting for both individuals and corporates in often complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes of significant value including breaches of contract, confidence and fiduciary duties.

His practice also focuses on director and shareholder disputes across a broad range of sectors.

Destiny is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association and Mishcon de Reya's Latin America and Iberia group.

Key Experience

• Acting for a global entertainment business in a shareholder dispute regarding breach of pre-emption rights and unfair prejudice.
• Acting for a global financial services group in an earnout dispute over consideration payable in accordance with the terms of a share purchase agreement.
• Acting for a shareholder of a family hospitality business in a dispute over the validity of expulsion notices in accordance with the terms of a shareholders' agreement.
• Acting for the investors in a high value, complex group action claim for failures to disclose matters that should have been disclosed and false and/or misleading statements.
• Advising a European airline on leasing arrangements in relation to stranded aircraft arising from the conflict in Ukraine.
• Acting for an environmental simulation and air systems technology company in a dispute against former employees for breaches of contract and confidence.

• Advising a minority shareholder in bringing an unfair prejudice petition against the other shareholders of the company.
