Thomas Istefanous

Thomas is an Associate in the Corporate department and has a range of experience in transactional and advisory work. His transactional experience includes advising on acquisitions, fundraising and private equity. He also advises clients on shareholder arrangements and reorganisations.

Thomas regularly advises clients in the real estate sector, dealing with the corporate aspects of property acquisitions, developments and disposals, including joint ventures with both mid-market and listed counterparties.

Thomas also works across the firm's departments assisting with the corporate aspects of disputes, tax planning and financing arrangements.

• Advising a joint venture between Aware Super and Delancey on its acquisition of 11-12 Hanover Square

• Advising Starlight Bidco Limited on its £673.5 million recommended acquisition of Balanced Commercial Property Trust Limited
• Advising a privately-owned global investor on its joint venture with Orion and Helical Plc and the vehicle's acquisition of 100 New Bridge Street
• Advising the administrators of UK Addiction Treatment Group on the sale of its business and assets to Sullivan Street Partners
