Natalie is an Associate in our Property Litigation team within the Real Estate department. Her focus is on delivering strategic risk management and litigation advice for both commercial and residential property matters. Whether it's navigating issues like adverse possession, break clauses, or lease renewals, Natalie is adept at guiding clients through the intricacies of property law. Her proficiency extends to handling rent and service charge arrears, possession of land claims, and service charge disputes, ensuring comprehensive support for client's property needs.
She manages electronic telecommunications disputes, offering knowledge in this rapidly evolving sector.
Natalie's litigation experience is extensive. Since joining Mishcon, she has represented clients in the High Court, tackling a variety of complex cases. Her notable achievements include acting for a claimant in a six-day restrictive covenant dispute and defending a client in an eight-day fraudulent misrepresentation claim. Currently, she is involved in an expedited trial concerning contractual interpretation. Natalie has also successfully obtained injunctions and possession orders in short order.
Beyond her legal practice, Natalie is committed to fostering social mobility within the legal profession. As a member of the firm's social mobility group, she champions alternative pathways for young people to enter the field.
