Acting for a pioneer in the battery market. The company is developing and providing end-to-end ultrafast charging battery solutions with cutting edge technology. Acting on its expansion in a number of regions. Leases being a mixture of office, industrial and lab space with terms of 5 and 15 years. These transactions have all happened in quick succession to support the rapid growth and expansion of the company into the market following its recent series B raise in excess of £50million. 

Advising on the acquisition of space at the Unity Campus, Cambridge. The deals included planning and construction and other matters to enable the construction and fitting out of offices and wet labs. The Unity Campus is now home to a number of leading UK and multi-national drug-discovery and biotech companies, several of which are also our clients. The area is one of South Cambridge's growing urban innovation districts.

We have supported a spin out from University of London and University of Houston focused on developing precise and less invasive breast cancer care technology since this company was founded, including advising on the 10-year lease for their new 20,000 sq. ft HQ in order to facilitate further growth.

Advising on their 93,000 sq. ft lease at Building One, Cambridge Science Park, the largest deal at Cambridge Science Park for the last decade.
