Eve is an Associate in the Corporate Tax team.

She advises clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border tax matters, offering tailored tax advice to corporate, institutional and high-net worth individuals, managers and founders, both in the UK and overseas. Her work spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations, wealth planning and real estate deals.

Eve's expertise includes value added tax, stamp taxes, employment taxation, the construction industry scheme, and taxation of income and gains for both corporates and individuals.

• Advising on the tax treatment and risk profile for international clients in the purchase of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Advising on the application of the SDLT rules to mixed use and residential properties.
• Providing advice on the construction industry scheme and its application in the context of property renovation projects for high-net-worth individuals, landlord contributions, and development works.
