Eve is an Associate in the Corporate Tax team.

She advises clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border tax matters, offering tailored tax advice to corporate, institutional and high-net worth individuals, managers and founders, both in the UK and overseas.  Her work spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and real estate deals.

Eve's expertise includes value added tax, stamp taxes, employment taxation, the construction industry scheme, and taxation of income and gains for both corporates and individuals.

Eve completed her training contract at Mishcon de Reya before qualifying into the Corporate Tax team in September 2024.

  • Advising on the income tax implications for founders of a business on a future sale.
  • Advising on the interplay between the enterprise management incentives regime and business asset disposal relief as part of a management buyout.
  • Advising a high street retailer on the corporate tax implications of their proposed cross-border franchise arrangements.
  • Acting for a several corporate clients entering into high-value commercial real estate transactions.
  • Advising on the tax implications of employment-related securities (ERS) for a business undergoing investment, including the PAYE and tax residency considerations for founders.
  • Advising on the SDLT treatment and risk profile for international clients in the purchase of multiple residential and commercial properties.
  • Providing advice on the construction industry scheme and its application in the context of property renovation projects for high-net-worth individuals, landlord contributions, and development works.
