Hannah is an Associate in the Employment department.
Hannah advises both individuals and businesses on all aspects of UK contentious and non-contentious employment law, from unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and terminations to day-to-day HR issues (including disciplinary and grievance procedures and drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements and handbook policies).
She has experience of Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation and has advised on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, across a range of business sectors.
Hannah is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
