The HR Foundations programme is designed to equip individuals at the start of their HR careers with a thorough understanding of employment law essentials throughout the employment life cycle.
This year we covered important topics such as employment status, employment contracts, family leave, sickness absence, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), immigration, grievances and dismissals and settlement agreements.
The programme is structured as a four-part, in-person series that is interactive and includes practical examples using real-life case studies.
