Sean is a UK and South African qualified Managing Associate in the Employment department with expertise in contentious and non-contentious employment law, advising employers and senior employees across various business sectors.

Sean previously practiced employment law for six years in South Africa before joining Mishcon de Reya in October 2021, and was a member of the Legal Practice Council of South Africa.

Sean is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

He has also been identified by clients as a Thomson Reuters Stand‑out Lawyer 2026, a recognition awarded to practitioners who are singled out by senior legal buyers worldwide for the quality of their advice and their professional impact.
