LeAnne Harris

LeAnne Harris is a Managing Associate in the Commercial and Technology groups.  She works across a number of sectors with a focus on tech consultancy and manufacturing businesses.

Her experience includes advising clients on commercial contracts covering supply, services, distribution, agency, development, manufacturing, licencing agreements, alongside a range of IT contracts such as SaaS, platform and reseller agreements.

LeAnne specialises in providing full contract lifecycle management to her clients, and supporting clients via our Mishcon GC service. She is a member of a Green Economy Focus Group dedicated to green and clean tech initiatives, specialising in supporting companies and investors in Impact Investment and the green economy, with a focus on sustainable development and environmentally friendly practices.

Key Experience

• Advising and negotiating on the supply, installation, operation and maintenance of electric vehicle charging points to an international fleet logistics operator.
• Drafting and negotiating software licence agreements, reseller agreements and partnership agreements for a client in the fintech sector.
• Supporting a technology consultancy business with their full spectrum of commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs).
• Advising a business in the sustainable packaging sector on all legal matters, ranging from drafting and negotiating contracts (IP licencing agreements, manufacturing agreements, consultancy agreements, procurements terms) to supporting the client through tender processes.
