Clare is a Partner in Mishcon Private with expertise in family law, specialising in multi-jurisdictional complex financial remedy matters and private law children, such as residence and contact; and applications for leave to remove children from the jurisdiction. Clare is an expert in pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements as well as co-habitation agreements.

Clare joined Mishcon de Reya as a trainee in 2011 and qualified in September 2013.
