Becki Quick

Becki is a Managing Associate in the Corporate department working with a diverse range of businesses from fast-growth entrepreneurial clients to multi-national companies.

Becki enjoys supporting companies, founders and the investors behind them at every stage of their growth-cycle. She has a particular focus on complex transactions with a multi-shareholder base, later stage investment work and M&A exit structuring and delivery. Becki is able to support all corporate legal aspects of the innovation economy.

A fluent Spanish speaker, prior to joining the firm, Becki supported international technology companies with their global expansion plans whilst based in Latin America heading up the Inward Investment team in Chile at the Department for International Trade.

She also heads up the AgriTech Group and has a particular interest in all matters relating to the sustainable future of food.

Key Experience

• Advising the founders of strategic foresight consultancy The Future Laboratory and its foresight intelligence platform LS:N Global as part of its combination with Together Group, the industry-leading group of PR agencies with a focus on lux and fashion.
• Acting for the founders of AgriTech client, YAGRO, on joining the Frontier Agriculture LTD group of companies, a pivotal transaction and one of the first exits for a data driven AgriTech company in the UK.
• Advising Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed EuroEyes on its £30 million acquisition of world-class laser eye surgery clinic.
• Acting for UK-based menopause startup Vira Health on their acquisition of fellow London-based menopause startup Alva. Vira Health is based by Octopus Ventures, LocalGlobe, MMC, Amino Collective, and Optum Ventures.
