Mishcon de Reya were among several organisations to partner with travel association ABTA to deliver their annual Travel Law Seminar.
The event, which was broadcast to delegates live from a TV studio in Westminster on 23 September, examined the areas of the law that have been at play as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, highlighting some of the key lessons for the travel industry.
Participants also received trusted advice and guidance from a comprehensive line up of industry experts, including our Competition Partner Neil Baylis who discussed ways the industry can prepare for the end of the Brexit transition period. Jon Baines, Data Protection Advisor and Mike Owen, Cyber Consulting Director, also delivered an interactive session on Data protection, fraud and cyber security in relation to the sector.
