Mishcon de Reya has continued the strong growth of its Real Estate practice with the hire of a new Construction Disputes Partner. Alexandra Clough will join its London office from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) on 12 June.
Alex's arrival follows the recent appointments of Construction Real Estate Partners Marc Hanson and Adriano Amorese, both also formerly of BCLP. Marc joined the firm in September 2022 and Adriano joined in October 2022.
Alex specialises in construction and engineering disputes. She has advised a range of clients across numerous sectors including contractors, developers and occupiers on complex litigation, arbitration and adjudication matters as well as alternative dispute resolution techniques such as mediation. She has particular experience in mixed use schemes, offices, student accommodation, high-end residential, and retail.
