Fundamentals of Law: The evolving landscape of corporate criminal liability

Christopher Gribbin will look at the latest developments in corporate criminal liability which has recently undergone its biggest reform in decades. He will also consider developments in terms of enforcement action against corporates more widely, together with a review of a number of other offences affecting corporates that are due to come into force in the coming months, including the new corporate offence of failure to prevent fraud.
