Nicole is a Legal Assistant in Mishcon Private. She helps clients with a variety of tax and wealth planning matters with a particular focus on probate and estate administration. She is also a certified Medallion Stamp Guarantor under the Securities Transfer Agents Medallion Programme (STAMP).
Prior to joining Mishcon in April 2022, Nicole qualified and practiced as a South African attorney and gained experience across a variety of specialist areas. As a foreign qualified lawyer, Nicole intends to commence the process necessary to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales.
