Welcome to our April 2021 edition of Employment Matters, our round up of key developments in employment law and issues that matter to employers and HR professionals.

In this edition we cover important case law developments, including the Supreme Court's recent decisions on worker status and equal pay comparators, as well as notable judgments on holiday carry over and the Agency Worker Regulations.
