Mishcon de Reya won Case of the Year at last night's LexisNexis Legal Awards for the historic R (on the application of Miller) v The Prime Minister. In the ruling, the Supreme Court unanimously ruled that Boris Johnson's decision to prorogue Parliament was unlawful.
The Right Honourable The Baroness Hale of Richmond was presented with Lifetime Contribution Award.
