Brooke Davidson

Kasaneel Mcewan
Sustainability & Corporate Impact Apprentice

Joining Mishcon de Reya as a non-legal apprentice has opened my eyes to all the aspects of working at a law firm. The support here is unmatched and my team are helpful and patient when working with me on tasks that are new to me. It has been great learning and adapting to my new responsibilities and having more control of my work. I can't wait to see the person I become once I finish this apprenticeship.

People Team Apprentice

Becoming an HR Apprentice at Mishcon de Reya is the best decision I have made. Despite having no HR experience, the whole team has been very supportive and welcoming. I have learnt several new skills and processes that have made me more excited about my future at the firm. I already have developed amazing friendships and I love being a part of the Mishcon family.

Accounts Payable Apprentice

Since joining Mishcon I have had the chance to mix with so many different people, with such a wide range of experience. Being an apprentice means I get to take on different challenges with the help of other team members. This has not only built my confidence as an apprentice but has also reinforced the team effort which goes on behind the scenes.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

At Mishcon de Reya our early careers population are the future of our business. The future of law is not predictable - the years to come will look nothing like the years that came before. So we need shapers. We need bold individuals who can adapt to seismic changes across the legal, technological and business spheres. We need creative thinkers who can revolutionise the way we work.

Each apprenticeship has its own grade requirements, depending on the qualification the apprentice will be studying for. The application forms will include specific details for each programme.
