Although Mishcon de Reya is a law firm, over half of the staff are non-lawyers, working in vital support functions such as Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR, ESG, Risk & Compliance and Business Insights. We offer a broad range of apprenticeships across many of these teams, providing apprentices an insight into how the Firm operates.

Digital Marketing Apprentice
Working at Mishcon as a Digital Marketing Apprentice has exceeded all of my expectations. I have been given a great amount of exposure to a variety of different elements of marketing. My team have made me feel a part of the Digital family since my first day, supporting and helping me with any questions I have had.
Joining Mishcon, even during a global pandemic, has been a great experience so far. It’s been extremely interesting to get to grips with all the job responsibilities that are included in being on the Service Desk. I felt at times the issues I’ve come across have really helped me to be able to properly diagnose problems and delve into the detail.
My experience at Mishcon has been amazing so far. I have developed so many new skills and been given lots of responsibility within my team. They have been extremely supportive of me and I am looking forward to what I can accomplish at Mishcon in the future.

My experience at Mishcon de Reya so far has been incredible and I have settled into my team very well, thanks to my colleagues. I have enjoyed my time at Mishcon, from the very start I was welcomed and felt a part of the team. In my first few months I had a lot of exposure to Mishcon's IT systems and was supported by a fellow IT Service Desk Analyst. With the training and work I have done so far, I am looking forward to learning more as I progress in the role.
What are we looking for in a candidate?
At Mishcon de Reya our early careers population are the future of our business. The future of law is not predictable - the years to come will look nothing like the years that came before. So we need shapers. We need bold individuals who can adapt to seismic changes across the legal, technological and business spheres. We need creative thinkers who can revolutionise the way we work.
Each apprenticeship has its own grade requirements, depending on the qualification the apprentice will be studying for. The application forms will include specific details for each programme.

There are three stages to our application process:
Online Application Form.
Strength based video interview.
Assessment day includes a group exercise, a written exercise and a short interview with HR and a member of the relevant team you are applying to.
