Our parental leave offering:
- Enhanced parental pay of up to 26 weeks full pay for eligible employees with more than one year's service. This applies to maternity, adoption and shared parental leave
- Shared parental leave can be taken at any time within the year following the birth or adoption of a child. Parents can take this leave at the same time as each other or at different times
- Four weeks' paternity leave at full pay for eligible employees
- Paid time off for adoption and antenatal appointments
- Up to six days’ paid time off for fertility treatment and for supporting a partner undergoing fertility treatment
