M:BRACE

Promoting racial equity, diversity, allyship and inclusion

Our Race Equity Network, Mishcon M:BRACE, was established to bring together people within Mishcon de Reya and our wider community of clients and contacts who identify as coming from a Black or ethnic minority background and/or have an interest in the promotion of racial equity, anti-racism and allyship.

Mishcon M:BRACE helps ensure the visibility of Mishcon's growing, ethnically diverse population and that people feel a sense of belonging, inclusion and recognition. M:BRACE is the platform through which we engage with our wider community on initiatives that promote the network's racial justice mission. The network also creates opportunities for networking, support and collaboration on both internal and external business development initiatives and events.

"I am very proud to be part of M:BRACE's mission to promote racial equity, diversity, allyship and inclusion. It is fantastic to see the tireless passion and energy of people within Mishcon, and its wider network, harnessed through M:BRACE to drive lasting and meaningful change in the sphere of racial justice. I look forward to working on another year of educational, thought-provoking and inspiring initiatives. I would encourage anyone with an interest in supporting the work of M:BRACE to join us."
