Olivia is an Associate in the Real Estate department specialising in contentious construction law.
She advises on all stages of construction disputes, including pre-action, through the courts (including the Technology and Construction Court), adjudications and various forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediation. In particular, she has a lot of experience of advising on the Building Safety Act.
Olivia's clients include owners, developers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants. She is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
