Olivia is an Associate in the Finance & Banking Disputes team and a member of the Commercial Litigation group, specialising in financial services disputes, civil fraud claims and general commercial disputes.
Olivia has a broad range of commercial litigation experience, both in the high court and county court. Olivia has experience acting for both individuals and corporate clients on high-value, complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial matters, with specific experience in company and shareholder disputes, civil fraud disputes and general contractual disputes.
Olivia is a member of the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association and the Young Fraud Lawyer's Association.
