On Tuesday 14th June Author Catherine Baker interviewed former England rugby union player Maggie Alphonsi on the leadership lessons that sport can teach us.
Catherine’s new book, Staying the Distance: The Lessons from Sport That Business Leaders Have Been Missing, explores the ways that sport can help us all improve and achieve effectively and sustainably.
Prior to her retirement in 2014, Maggie represented England 74 times, scoring 28 tries, winning one World Cup and seven consecutive Six Nations crowns.
