Partner Rob Murray was interviewed on BBC 5Live with Stephen Nolan. They discussed the background of the Supreme Court ruling on R (on behalf of Miller) v The Prime Minister, and what it means for the government now.
Rob said, "The case was really about what the lawyers call parliamentary sovereignty as a fundamental legal and political principle.
"The court said the only legitimacy that the government has is if it has the confidence of the House of Commons. Here, the one thing it knows it doesn’t have in the House of Commons is the confidence for a No-Deal Brexit."
