Today sees the launch of MDRxTech, a new venture by Mishcon de Reya that will provide digital transformation consultancy and legal engineering services in legally complex areas.
MDRxTech will bring together technical, data science, consulting, legal and regulatory expertise in order to broaden the range of services offered to clients of the law firm and the businesses within The MDR Group.
Traditionally, the market for these services has been dominated by consulting firms. MDRxTech's offering is distinct, with the law firm at the heart of the service facilitating legally compliant architecture at every stage. The new business will provide three services:

- Systems integration. MDRxTech works with various third-party technology providers, connects them with its clients, and works to integrate appropriate solutions.
- Legal engineering. MDRxTech’s best-in-class programmers and data scientists engineer sophisticated computer systems for the benefit of its clients.
All of MDRxTech's services are underpinned by its "compliant by design" approach to technology, enabling clients to innovate with confidence.
MDRxTech will service clients across many sectors and industries, drawing on a wide range of practices from within the law firm, including Data and Regulatory. MDRxTech will also work closely with MDR Cyber and MDR Lab.
