Partner Carol Katz has been featured in Tatler, commenting on the proposed significant changes to the way non-domiciled taxpayers will be taxed in the UK.
Carol commented: "We generally would not advise making significant decisions which impact on family and business without clarity of at least draft legislation. Something like Italy's flat tax regime (through which an individual can apply for Italian residence on an annual basis (for a maximum of 15 years) and pay an annual tax of Eur100,000 is proving very popular when discussed with clients due to its simplicity."
