Heidrun Walsh and Adis Sehic have contributed to the Russian Arbitration Association's May-June 2021 edition of the Russian Arbitration Journal. Their article covers the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations, a cross-border initiative looking at fundamentally changing the practices and behaviours of arbitral institutions and practitioners to reduce the environmental impact of international arbitrations.
The article explores the recent work of the Campaign, including the publishing of The Green Protocols, a set of easy-to-use practical guidance and measures that various actors in the international arbitration sphere can utilise to encourage environmentally friendlier practices. Heidrun Walsh is also part of the Campaign's Steering Committee, representing key stakeholders in the international arbitration community.
