Filippo Noseda, Partner in the Private Tax & Wealth Planning team, has been featured in Spear's together with his client, 'Jenny'. The article is an in-depth examination of the FATCA case so far, including Jenny's first media interview.
Filippo said; It’s not about tax. It’s about data protection. The idea that the state can collect all your information... it’s just crazy…People say that if you are against the excesses of Fatca and CRS then you absolutely must be in favour of tax evasion, but that's missing the point. They should not be allowing bulk surveillance of our personal and financial data, and certainly not sending it to a foreign government."
