The Mishcon de Reya Women in Wealth initiative supports female holders of private wealth and their advisers.

Female wealth is growing worldwide at a rapid rate. One-third of businesses are owned by women globally, and with an impending "great wealth transfer" of an estimated US$68 trillion to the next generation, women are projected to control more than half of the world's wealth in the coming years.

Women also face unique commercial, legal and personal challenges. These include sourcing funding for female-led businesses, dealing with inherited wealth and family-owned businesses, and tackling legal systems and institutional biases.
