The strategic management of sensitive workplace allegations often falls to HR Directors. Investigating such allegations requires careful management of employment law issues, as well as reputational and commercial considerations.
Our employment investigations specialists will share a case study of how to investigate a serious allegation of bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace. They'll be providing practical advice on how to manage internal stakeholders and how to navigate the associated legal issues, such as when to suspend, dealing with data subject access requests, covert recordings, confidentiality and privilege issues, and the rights of both the complainant and the accused.
The event will also be a great opportunity to network with other aspiring HR Directors and share ideas and experiences about workplace investigations.
