Will is an Associate in the Incentives team, specialising in the design, implementation and ongoing operation of employee incentive arrangements. He has particular expertise advising private companies on EMI, CSOP and growth share structures, supports management and employee participation throughout the corporate lifecycle, and has a specific focus on incentive arrangements for M&A and venture capital transactions.
Will has broad experience advising clients across a range of sectors, with a focus on technology, renewable energy and life sciences.
