It is vital to stay on top of key employment law changes, especially upon returning to work from a long period of leave. To help you stay up to speed, we invite you to attend our half-day practical and interactive training sessions, which cover all significant employment law cases and legislative developments from the past 12 months.

Fundamentals of Law

A crucial tool for junior lawyers, Fundamentals of Law is our programme for explaining and exploring general legal topics that every lawyer should be familiar with. Each Fundamentals of Law session will be led by an expert on the topic. It will provide an overview of the key issues and principles, with a discussion of recent developments and trends, predictions for how the law might develop further, and practical solutions for clients.

HR Surgery

Delivering optimum value means working closely with our clients as part of their teams, getting to know their issues and priorities and tailoring our employment advice to their business. One way we can do this is by regularly attending our clients' HR team meetings to hold training or "surgery" sessions.
